    We aim to be completely neutral in all areas, so if you are submitting a FREE or Premium Listings in this directory, the following conditions must be met:

    • No Political Parties, Message, or, Content.
    • No places of Religion, Religious Organizations, or, Holidays
    • No advocating of ANY sexual orientation, or content, including images representative of any political expression
    • No places featuring violence, purveyors of violence, or any armed forces.
    • No swearing, profanity, sexual content, intimidation, prejudice, racism, or bullying of any kind.
    • All listings will be at the discretion of the directory.
    • All information will be shared unless a notification will be forwarded prior to listing to [email protected]
    • We are not currently accepting listings from New Zealand due to quality issues. Please contact us if you wish to make a submission for NZ. Listings without authorisation will be deleted.

    Usage Of Information

     

    If you are planning to import data from social media sites, you MUST have the ownership, and right to use this material. You cannot use information which you do not own, without the consent of the owner.

    1. Submitting Content

    You may submit material for publication on our business directory, including listing information and article submission. We accept no liability in respect of any material submitted by users and published by us and we are not responsible for its content and accuracy. If you want to submit material to us, it is done only by adhering to the following terms and conditions:

    1.1 We may publish and make available to the public by any means any material that you submit, post, upload, email or otherwise transmit to them or to the Site at their sole discretion and they shall be entitled to make additions or deletions to any such material prior to publication.

    1.2 You hereby grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and worldwide license to republish any material you submit, post, upload, email or otherwise transmit to them or to the Site in any format, including without limitation print and electronic format.

    1.3 You hereby waive all of the moral rights that you have under Chapter IV of the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988 in respect of any material you submit, post, upload, email or otherwise transmit to us or to other sites that are managed by SeattleWeb(the owner).

    1.4 Publication of any material you submit to us will be at our sole discretion. We reserve(with no exceptions) the right to make additions or deletions to the text or graphics prior to publication, or to refuse publication

    1.5 You warrant us, that any material you submit to the Site is your own original work and that you own the copyright and any other relevant rights

    1.6 You agree that the material you submit and the language that you use is not obscene, abusive, hateful, offensive, defamatory of any person or otherwise illegal

You also agree that the listing email address will take priority over generic email service providers such as protonmail, gmail, or outlook(not exhaustive). Should this not be acceptable, and that communications be considered ‘spam’, you agree to remove your listing. However, you also agree that whilst your listing is current, that you will not mark communications as ‘spam’, being a condition of usage of this site.

    2. Liability

    2.1 Whilst every effort has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information provided by SeattleWeb(the owner) in these pages, the contents of the Site reflect the opinions of the writers, they do not necessarily reflect our views and opinions, they are personal to the writer and are naturally subject to change from time to time. It is the responsibility of users to check the accuracy of relevant facts and take appropriate professional advice before entering into any commitment based upon them.

    2.2 We do not, and cannot guarantee that your use of the Site will be free from error and/or uninterrupted.     9. Cancellation

    After booking a paid for listing you have up to 14 days where you can cancel your year’s subscription. However if you cancel more than 2 days after receiving your confirmation and the listing has already been built, there will be a charge of £50 plus vat to cover the production time spent optimizing, and entering your business, or listing.
